Q-How does it feel to be the chief hairdresser of LFW?
A-Well ive always been a bit of a control Freak, even when I was an assistant I used to boss all the other assistants around. So Heading my own shows at LFW comes very natural to me.I have always believed that if you give respect to your team and treat them the way you want to be treated they will work hard for you and do their best, that’s all I ask. Sometime the pressure back stage
